I can help flag the course on Friday (time tba)

I can help out with Friday setup 10am – 2pm

I can help out at Friday Night Registration – 5:30pm – 9:30pm

I can help out on Race Day – 7:00am – 5:00pm

Head Coordinators for the Mountain Biking, Kayaking, and Trekking Stages as well as the various Transition Zones
Registration – Friday Night and Saturday morning
Course Marshal – Stationed on the course at a Checkpoint
Photography – throughout the race course (Please note in the comments box what type of photography equipment you have)
Race Headquarters – Assist with timing, medal presentation, refreshments, retail, setup/strike
Safety/First Aid – Must have at lease Level III or be part of Search and Rescue
Assistant Banquet and Awards Coordinator
